Curious if a product is allowed

I live in Canada and am looking at starting a bussiness in selling cannabis seeds. I was wondering what’s your procedure is for this type of bussiness or if 3d cart woild allow such a site to be made on there platform.  I appreciate your time and thanks in advance for any advice you woild have to help me achieve my goals.
